They even have a bus service from Dallas to Shreveport. Their machines aren't so tight, drinks are free and there are several selections of casinos. I've made up my mind and from now on, I will start planning trips to Shreveport, LA in advance. I'm fed up with winstar and their lack of payouts. State of Texas needs to realize just how much money Texas is losing out (no pun intended) to these Indian reservation casino, where they are not confined to State laws. It sad to see how many Texans go to Oklahoma and give them our hard earned money. I wish it was publicly known as to what the actual payout percentage at winstar is/was. And yet again, they are doing more construction as of Jnear Madrid. Somebody has to pay for the construction cost and construction cost isn't cheap.
You can literally sit at a machine and shell in a few hundred dollars and get NOTHING! All I can say is Winstar is tight, tight, tight! They can't become the second largest casino in the world because they are known to have loose machines. You have to play $6 dollars before the machine gives you $2.50 back, which gives you a nugget of hope.
I have won alittle here and there at various times, before the hotel went up, but the last 6 times I've gone, it seems as though winstar has tightened up their machines. I have gone to winstar several times and I have yet to learn my lesson.
